You will be welcomed into a warm, authentic atmosphere, where the charm of an old barn meets modern comfort. Our spaces are designed for relaxation after a day spent outdoors, focusing on simplicity and convenience. The building dates back to the 1700s and was constructed using natural materials—stone, wood, and clay bricks handmade by our ancestors. Heating and hot water are provided through solar panels and firewood, ensuring an entirely eco-friendly approach that aligns with our philosophy. We recommend dressing in layers: mountain weather can be quite changeable, and from our location at an altitude of 500 meters, you can reach 1,200 meters above sea level in less than half an hour. The best time for cycling here is from March to the end of November, when the trails are in perfect condition and the views are breathtaking. In winter, our altitude ensures mild, sunny days—we’ve even been known to go for a bike ride on Christmas Eve!

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you have specific timing requirements, please contact us via WhatsApp in advance; we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
If there are no bookings for the following day, it may be possible to extend your check-out time until 6:00 PM, allowing you to make the most of your final day or Sunday afternoon—please contact us for details.
For arrivals outside of standard hours, or in the event that we are not on-site, a self-check-in option via a key box can be arranged.
We provide a free, fenced-in parking area exclusively for our guests.
Should you have specific requirements, indoor parking for your vehicle is also available.
Regrettably, we do not allow pets on the premises, out of consideration for guests who may suffer from allergies. We kindly ask that you DO NOT SMOKE—including the use of electronic cigarettes—anywhere inside the property.

There is a one-night minimum stay on weekdays, and a two-night minimum on weekends (from 3:00 PM on Friday until 11:00 AM on Sunday).
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start of your stay.
We do not provide a breakfast service; however, a fully equipped kitchen is available for your use, including a moka pot for coffee and a selection of complimentary snacks.
For other needs, you will find grocery stores, cafés, and a pharmacy 3 km away, with supermarkets located 5 km from the property. You are 8 km from Biella, where you can find all the conveniences of a city.
